Here's how to use it effectively:

• For Stumps:
  • First, if it's a freshly cut stump, apply the product undiluted directly to the cut surface, especially the outer ring just inside the bark. This is where the living tissue is.
  • If it's an older stump, you should make some fresh cuts to expose the living tissue.
  • For larger stumps, drill a few holes into the top surface and fill them with the undiluted killer. This helps it penetrate deeper into the root system.
• For Brush:
  • Dilute the product according to the instructions on the label.  You'll mix it with water in a sprayer. Insider tip - Add Watters Spreader Sticker to the same sprayer for twice the control in half the time. 
  • Spray the foliage thoroughly, ensuring you cover all the leaves and stems.

  • The brush or stump may take a few weeks to die completely. Don't be tempted to reapply too soon.
