Brighten up your hanging baskets and containers with the dazzling Calibrachoa, often called Million Bells! These little dynamos produce a profusion of small, petunia-like flowers in a rainbow of colors, blooming nonstop from spring until frost. They typically form a lovely trailing mound, reaching about 6 to 12 inches tall and spreading 12 to 24 inches wide, making them ideal for spilling over the edges of pots and window boxes.
Give your Calibrachoa plenty of sunshine – at least 6 hours a day is what they crave to produce the most blooms. While not specifically known as animal resistant, their prolific flowering often keeps any minor nibbling unnoticeable. To keep those blooms coming and the plant healthy, make sure you're using Watters Premium Mulch in your containers. It helps maintain consistent moisture levels, which Calibrachoa appreciates. And for continuous, vibrant flowers, feed them regularly with Watters 7-4-4 All-Purpose Plant Food every few weeks throughout the growing season. You'll be amazed by the constant cascade of color!
