Crocus - Ruby Giant (Fragrant)

Amazingly pretty and fast-spreading, Crocus Tommasinianus Ruby Giant flaunts slightly taller and more slender buds than many other varieties. Its reddish-purple, star-shaped blossoms feature a lighter base and brilliant orange anthers that will send your jaw straight to the floor.

Once the corms of this early spring-flowering Crocus are established, their stunning flowers will continue to pop up for years to come, and in even greater numbers! In the fall, plant Ruby Giant in full sunlight or light shade with average, well-drained soil. Not only is this beauty resistant to pests, but it also naturalizes with ease, even spreading well in open woodland sites!
