EMBERS SPARKS ECHINACEA 1gal

If you're looking to ignite your summer garden with some real color, 'Embers Sparks' Coneflower is like planting a tiny, beautiful bonfire. The color on this one is just incredible, truly living up to its fiery name. Each flower has petals that are a glowing, bright red at the tips, like 'sparks,' and deepen to a smoldering reddish-orange around the dark central cone, like 'embers.' It’s a stunning two-toned effect that is absolutely electric in the midday sun. Blooming like crazy right now, this plant puts on a real show from summer through fall. To keep this fire burning bright, you need to give it plenty of fuel from the sun. Plant it in your garden's hottest, sunniest spot—at least 6 hours of direct light is what it needs. Forming a full mound about 18-22 inches tall, it's perfect for setting the front of a border ablaze with color or for a sizzling hot container. And you can enjoy this fiery display without worry; it's a tough perennial that deer and rabbits give a wide berth.
