LADYBUGS

Ladybugs are natural predators, excellent for controlling aphids and other soft-bodied pests. Ladybugs come in small containers. Keep them cool and shaded when you get them home until you're ready to release them. The best time to release ladybugs is in the evening or early morning, when it's cooler, and they're less likely to fly away immediately.

Before releasing them, lightly mist your plants with water. This gives the ladybugs a drink and encourages them to stay. Gently open the container near the base of the affected plants, allowing them to crawl out. They'll naturally seek out the pests.  

Ladybugs need a food source to stick around, so ensure there's enough pest activity to keep them happy. Avoid using pesticides before or after releasing ladybugs, as this will harm them.
