The Peach Sorbet Dwarf Blueberry is an evergreen marvel, featuring dazzling foliage that emerges in shades of pink, peach, and mint-green, maturing to a rich blue-green in summer, and finally turning bronze in winter. This incredibly decorative plant stays very compact, reaching only 2 feet tall and wide, making it perfect for small gardens, borders, or container gardening on your patio. It’s well-adapted for USDA zones 7 and 8, but like all blueberries, it needs a full six or more hours of direct sunlight each day to produce its sweet, abundant summer fruit.
Blueberries are acid-loving plants. When planting in a container or the ground, be sure to amend your native soil heavily by blending in Watters Premium Mulch. This helps lower the soil pH and retains the moisture the plant needs. To ensure you get the sweetest berries and the most vibrant leaf color, feed your Peach Sorbet bush monthly during the growing season with our organic 6-4-4-7 Fruit & Vegetable Plant Food. Due to its size, it’s easily protected from birds, and its compact habit generally keeps it off the menu for larger garden animals. A beautiful, easy, and productive choice!
